The house is finally started.  The main floor framing is up with all the interior walls. will add more pictures soon.  The upstairs and roof is going to be started this coming friday the 14th.

Friday morning they began pouring the concrete and finished the house and storage building slabs. they will remove the forms next week. The engineering company will start tensioning the post tension cables in about a week.
We still have to pour the ramp to the storage building and side patio on the house. May be even a pavilion.

The plumbing is finished, Exterminator has treated the foundation and the steel has been placed.  talked to the builder and they will pour on friday.

Virginia has found where her kitchen is.







 

The beams were cleared today and the plumber has started roughing in the piping. I am going to meet the builder and the plumber friday morning to go over the plans.

Fill dirt has been brought in.

The beams are dug, the fill material has been applied. Beams have to be cleared and now wait for the plumber.

Foundation Beams are being dug.

The trenches for the foundation has been started.  Soon the steel cables will be installed.
